About the Training
This 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training is an immersive and transformational journey rooted in tradition, functional movement, nervous-system awareness, and yoga as a living, breathing practice.
It is designed for aspiring teachers who feel called to share the practice, dedicated practitioners wanting to deepen their knowledge of yoga and anyone seeking personal growth and transformation.
It unfolds over 12 weekend immersions, flexible online hours and a 5-night retreat, offering a steady and spacious rhythm for deep study. Extended in-studio days allow for embodied learning, inquiry, and integration, while a smaller online component supports reflection, self-practice, and study at home.
You do not need to be advanced in your physical practice, just curious, committed and open. We offer a rich and supportive environment to study and explore. Join us and step into the role of the teacher with confidence, integrity, and authenticity.
About Brahman
Brahman is a foundational concept in yogic philosophy, rooted in the ancient teachings of the Upanishads. It points to the underlying essence of life as an infinite, unchanging presence that exists within and around everything.
Rather than something abstract or distant, Brahman can be understood as the deeper ground of being, the awareness beneath thought, the stillness beneath movement and the thread that connects all of life.
In a modern context, this invites a shift in how we relate to yoga.
Practice becomes more than something we do with our bodies; it becomes a way of reconnecting with ourselves and with something greater.
Beneath our roles, identities, and conditioning, there is a shared essence that is whole, steady, and inherently connected.
Through practices such as movement, breath, meditation, and self-inquiry, students begin to experience moments of presence, clarity, and connection that arise naturally when we slow down and listen. The teachings begin to resonate not just as concepts or abstract ideas, but as something to be felt and lived.
In our training, Brahman serves as both a philosophical foundation and a lived inquiry. It invites us to teach from presence, to see and honor the shared humanity in each student, and to approach yoga as a practice of remembering our wholeness. It is not something we achieve, but our true nature to which we return.
